At Royal Bull, we want you to stay informed every step of the way. Once your order is placed, you can easily track its progress from our warehouse to your doorstep.

How to Track Your Order

1. Check Your Email

As soon as your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing:

  • Your tracking number
  • The carrier (UPS or USPS)
  • A direct link to your tracking page

If you don’t see the email, please check your spam or promotions folder.

2. Track Through the Carrier

You can enter your tracking number directly on the carrier’s website:

  • UPS Tracking: ups.com
  • USPS Tracking: usps.com

These pages provide real-time updates including transit scans, delays, and delivery times.

Tracking Not Updating?

Tracking numbers may take 24–48 hours to show activity after your package has shipped.
This is normal during weekends, holidays, or busy seasons.

If the tracking has no updates for more than 3 business days, contact us at support@royalbull.shop and we will check the status with the carrier.

Missing, Delayed, or Incorrect Delivery

If your package shows as:

  • Delivered but not received
  • Stuck in transit
  • Marked as “delivery attempted”
  • Delivered to the wrong location

Please reach out to us with your order number and tracking number. We will help initiate an investigation with UPS or USPS and guide you through the next steps.
