Shipping Information

Royal Bull ships globally — every order is carefully packaged to arrive in pristine condition, exactly as it left our atelier.

Free Shipping is available on all orders of $300 and above, worldwide. For orders below this threshold, the following shipping options are available:

  • Express Shipping — $50.00 | 5–8 business days | Available on orders $150 and above
  • Standard Shipping — $15.00 | 7–14 business days | Available on orders $150 and above

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. A shipping confirmation email with your tracking number will be sent once your order is dispatched. During peak periods, processing may be slightly extended.

Order Cut-Off Time: Orders placed after 3:00 PM EST will be processed and shipped the next business day.

Weekend Orders: Orders placed on weekends or holidays require 48–72 hours of processing time before shipment.

Carrier

Royal Bull ships all orders using UPS or USPS. Once an order leaves our facility, the carrier becomes responsible for transit, tracking updates, and final delivery.

Delivery Signature

If you would like your package to require a signature upon delivery, please contact us by phone or email at support@royalbull.shop before your order ships.

Order Changes

If you need to modify your order and it was placed before 3:00 PM EST, contact our customer service team immediately at +1 (312) 658-0967 or support@royalbull.shop. We will do our best to accommodate the requested changes, although alterations may not be possible once the order enters processing or has shipped.

Customs & Import Duties

International orders may be subject to import duties or taxes imposed by the destination country. These charges are outside Royal Bull's control and are the sole responsibility of the customer. We recommend checking your local customs regulations prior to ordering.
