Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
In the rare event that your item arrives damaged, shows a manufacturing defect, or does not match your original order, Royal Bull will assume full responsibility at absolutely no cost to you. This includes a prepaid return label and full replacement shipping, worldwide.
All claims must be submitted within 30 days of your order date. To initiate a claim, email support@royalbull.shop with your order number and clear photographs of the item. Our team responds within one business day.
Returns for Size, Fit or Preference
Should you wish to return or exchange an unworn item for reasons of size, fit, or personal preference, you may do so within 30 days of your order date.
Please note the following shipping responsibilities:

The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Royal Bull does not provide prepaid return labels for size, fit, or preference-based returns.
- We strongly recommend sending your return via a tracked and insured service. Royal Bull cannot accept liability for parcels lost or damaged in return transit.

Royal Bull will cover the full cost of shipping your replacement item back to you, worldwide, once your return has been received and approved.
Return Eligibility Requirements
- Item must be unworn, unaltered, and in its original condition with all tags intact.

Original proof of purchase or order confirmation must be enclosed.
- Items must be returned in original or equivalent protective packaging.
- A Return Authorisation Number (RAN) must be obtained from our team before dispatching your return. Returns received without a RAN may be refused.
How to Initiate a Return

Contact Us — Email support@royalbull.shop with your order number and reason for return.

Receive Your RAN — We will respond within one business day with your Return Authorisation Number and return address.

Prepare Your Parcel — Securely package the item, enclose proof of purchase, and mark your RAN clearly on the outside of the parcel.

Dispatch at Your Cost — Send via a tracked and insured service at your own expense. Royal Bull cannot accept liability for items lost in return transit.

Resolution — Once received and assessed (up to 7 business days), we will confirm your replacement or refund.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or customised after delivery.
- Products with removed tags or labels.
- Items purchased as Final Sale or marked non-returnable at the time of purchase.
