Shipping
We ship all orders using UPS or USPS. Once an order leaves our facility, the carrier becomes responsible for transit, tracking updates, and final delivery.

Order Cut-Off Time:
Orders placed after 3:00 PM EST will be processed and shipped the next business day.

Weekend Orders:
Orders placed on weekends or holidays require 48–72 hours of processing time before shipment.

Delivery Signature:
If you would like your package to require a signature upon delivery, please contact us by phone or email at support@royalbull.shop before your order ships.

Order Changes:
If you need to modify your order and it was placed before 3:00 PM EST, contact our customer service team immediately at +44 (0) 7843 908393.
We will do our best to make the requested changes, although alterations may not be possible once the order enters processing or has shipped.

Returns & Exchanges
We aim to ensure every Royal Bull product meets your expectations. If there is an issue, we’re here to help.

Damaged or Incorrect Items:
If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, we will provide a prepaid return label at no cost to you.
Claims must be submitted within 30 days of the order date.

All Other Returns or Exchanges:
For returns due to size, preference, or any non-defect reason, customers are responsible for the return shipping cost.
We will cover the shipping cost of sending the replacement item back to you.

Return Requirements:
- Items must be in original condition
- Tags must remain attached
- Include a copy of your receipt inside the package
- A Return Authorization Number (RAN) and return address will be provided after you contact us

Processing Time:
Due to high order volume, return processing may take up to 7 business days once your item is received.
